Pilottown is an unincorporated community and ghost town in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, United States. It serves as a base for river pilots to guide ships across the bar and up and down the Mississippi River. Pilottown is situated 4½ miles southeast of Leons Pass.

The parish seat is officially Pointe à la Hache, although since the destruction of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 most of the government has been in Belle Chasse.
