Ridgeland Mansion is an historic 2+1⁄2-story, gable-roofed house located in west Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. The land was purchased by a yeoman named William Couch in 1718 and the current house was probably constructed sometime between 1752 and 1762. Ridgeland Mansion is situated 1,000 feet northeast of Belmont Mansion.

The Ohio House, or the Ohio State Building, is an historic, American building that is located in west Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. It is listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places and is an inventoried structure within the Fairmount Park Historic District entry on the National Register of Historic Places. Ohio House is situated 2,300 feet south of Belmont Mansion.

Boelson Cottage is a Dutch and Swedish-style colonial era cottage located in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. The 1+1⁄2-story gambrel-roofed fieldstone cottage was built sometime between 1678 and 1684. Boelson Cottage is situated 2,900 feet east of Belmont Mansion.
