Isla del Frío is a small uninhabited island off the southern central coast of the main island of Puerto Rico. Together with Caja de Muertos, Gatas, Morrillito, Ratones, Cardona, and Isla de Jueyes, Isla del Frío is one of seven islands ascribed to the municipality of Ponce. Isla del Frío is situated 4 km south of Cintrona Segunda.

The Letras de Ponce is a famous landmark in Barrio Sabanetas in Ponce, Puerto Rico, located southbound on PR-52 at the intersection with PR-10. The iconic monument consists of five letters that spell the name of the city P-O-N-C-E in 20-foot high by 18-foot wide by 12-foot deep red and black letters. Letras de Ponce is situated 3½ km northwest of Cintrona Segunda.
