Built in the 1890s, this one-story building is the oldest commercial wood frame structure in Chincoteague. Chincoteague Island Library is situated 1 mile southwest of Chincoteague High School.

Originally named Island Theatre, the theatre was renamed Island Roxy from the 1980s until the name was reverted to Island Theatre in 2013. Island Roxy is situated 1 mile southwest of Chincoteague High School.
