Shark Island is a small rocky islet, located 0.3 miles northeast of Prettyklip Point on Saint Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. Its elevation is 32 feet.

Cas Cay is a fifty-acre undeveloped island, situated a mile south of Red Hook on the eastern side of Saint Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. It is under the protection of the Department of Natural Resources.
