Cas Cay is a fifty-acre undeveloped island, situated a mile south of Red Hook on the eastern side of Saint Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. It is under the protection of the Department of Natural Resources.
Capella Island
Capella Island is a 230-acre uninhabited island and diving spot that is owned by the United States Virgin Islands. It is located about 2 miles south of the island of St. Thomas. Capella Island is situated 2½ miles southwest of Patricia Cay.Places in the Area
