Cas Cay is a fifty-acre undeveloped island, situated a mile south of Red Hook on the eastern side of Saint Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. It is under the protection of the Department of Natural Resources.

Shark Island is a small rocky islet, located 0.3 miles northeast of Prettyklip Point on Saint Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. Its elevation is 32 feet. Shark Island is situated 2½ miles northeast of Red Point.
