Central Park Theater is a historic theater building at 3531-39 W. Roosevelt Road in the Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Built in 1917, the theater was the first in the Balaban and Katz chain. Central Park Theater is situated 1,100 feet northwest of Hess School.

Central Park is a station on the Chicago Transit Authority's 'L' system, serving the Pink Line and the North Lawndale neighborhood. The station opened on December 9, 1951, as a replacement for the closed Drake, Lawndale, and Homan stations. Central Park station is situated 3,500 feet south of Hess School.
