Little Brewster Island is a rocky outer island in the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area. Boston Light is a lighthouse located on Little Brewster Island in outer Boston Harbor, Massachusetts. The first lighthouse to be built on the site dates back to 1716, and was the first lighthouse to be built in what is now the United States.

Fort Warren is a historic fort on the 28-acre Georges Island at the entrance to Boston Harbor. The fort is named for Revolutionary War hero Dr. Joseph Warren, who sent Paul Revere on his famous ride, and was later killed at the Battle of Bunker Hill. Fort Warren is situated 2 miles west of Little Brewster Island.
