The Mission Church is a historic Congregational church located at the corner of Huron and Tuscott Streets on Mackinac Island, Michigan, United States. Built in 1829, it is the oldest surviving church building in the state of Michigan. Mission Church is situated 1,100 feet north of East Breakwater Light.

The Jesuit missionary Claude Dablon inaugurated the original church on Mackinac Island in 1670, and the earliest surviving parish records date back to 1695.
