Rosebush is a village in Isabella County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 353 at the 2020 census. The village is within Isabella Township, and is also entirely within the Isabella Indian Reservation, home to the federally-recognized Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Nation. Rosebush is situated 3½ miles northwest of Leaton.
