Rattlesnake Island

Rattlesnake Island is a large island in Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire. There are conflicting accounts of where it got its name, because its shape looks somewhat like a snake, but some say it is named for a rattlesnake population that lived there. Rattlesnake Island is situated 1½ miles southwest of Edmunds Cove.

The Libby Museum is a natural history museum at 755 North Main Street in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. The museum was founded by Dr. Henry Libby in 1912, and was the first museum in the state dedicated solely to its natural history. Libby Museum is situated 2½ miles north of Edmunds Cove.

Wolfeboro Falls is an unincorporated community in the town of Wolfeboro in Carroll County, New Hampshire, United States. It is located 0.5 miles north of the center of Wolfeboro, on the strip of land separating Front Bay from Crescent Lake. Wolfeboro Falls is situated 3 miles east of Edmunds Cove.
