The Pax Amicus Theater is located in Budd Lake, New Jersey, United States, and was founded in 1970. This community theater produces a full year-round season of Broadway and off-Broadway revivals, professional productions of works by Shakespeare and Edgar Allan Poe, a program devoted to children's theater, and special events throughout the year. Pax Amicus Theatre is situated 2 miles northeast of Drakestown.

Flanders is located around Route 206, and Budd Lake is named for the lake with the same name along Route 46, which leads into Long Valley and Hackettstown in Warren County.

Named for the Schooley family who owned a considerable amount of land there in the 1790s, the community is on Schooley's Mountain, a mountain with an elevation of about 1,000 feet directly north of Long Valley. Schooleys Mountain is situated 3½ miles southwest of Drakestown.
