Monterey Regional Airport is three miles southeast of Monterey, in Monterey County, California, United States. It was created in 1936 and was known as the Monterey Peninsula Airport until the board of directors renamed it on September 14, 2011.

Designed by golf architect Jay Morrish, ASGCA and opened in 1999, the private course features 6,506 yards that overlook the Pacific, and it is surrounded by privately owned homesites. Tehàma Golf Club is situated 2½ miles south of Del Rey Park.
