The Cecil Hotel is an affordable housing complex in Downtown Los Angeles. It opened on December 20, 1924, as a hotel, but declined during the Great Depression and subsequent decades. Cecil Hotel is situated 1,000 feet north of Los Angeles Flower Mart.

Opened on October 17, 1999, as Staples Center, it is located next to the Los Angeles Convention Center along Figueroa Street, and has since been considered a part of L.A. Live. Crypto.com Arena is situated 1 mile west of Los Angeles Flower Mart.

The Orpheum Theatre at 842 S. Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles opened on February 15, 1926, as the fourth and final Los Angeles venue for the Orpheum vaudeville circuit. Orpheum Theatre is situated 1,800 feet west of Los Angeles Flower Mart.
