Bacon Island is an island in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, twenty kilometres east of Antioch, and twenty kilometres west of Stockton. The 2,200 ha island is bounded on the west by Old River, on the north by Connection Slough, on the east by Middle River, and Woodward Island Canal on the south. Bacon Island is situated 1½ miles southwest of Mildred Island.
McDonald Island

McDonald Island is an island in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, 53 km south of Sacramento. The 2,400 ha island is bounded on the north by San Joaquin River, on the west by Middle River and Latham Slough, and on the south by Empire Cut. McDonald Island is situated 2½ miles northeast of Mildred Island.
