Browns Island is a regional preserve of the East Bay Regional Park District in Pittsburg, Contra Costa County, California, United States. It is an island in Suisun Bay, part of the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, separated from the rest of Pittsburg by New York Slough.

It is located at the Railroad Avenue overpass of Highway 4 in Pittsburg, California and serves the downtown area of about one mile away via connecting buses provided by Tri Delta Transit. Pittsburg Center station is situated 1½ miles south of West Reach.
