Centerfield is a city in southwestern Sanpete County, Utah, United States. The population was 1,341 at the 2020 census. Although Centerfield was a town in 2000, it has since been classified as a fifth-class city by state law. Centerfield is situated 3 miles northeast of West View Canal.
