Lake Siskiyou is a reservoir formed by Box Canyon Dam on the Sacramento River, in far northern California, near the town of Mount Shasta, California. It is the site of local recreation, as well as being used for watershed protection and flood control. Lake Siskiyou is situated 1½ miles southwest of Pioneer.

It was located just north of the town of Dunsmuir, and just north of Upper Soda Springs along the Siskiyou Trail. Shasta Springs is situated 4 miles southeast of Pioneer.
