The Western Antique Aeroplane and Automobile Museum is an aviation museum located at the Ken Jernstedt Airfield in Hood River, Oregon. The museum is focused on airplanes, automobiles and motorcycles from the 1900s to the 1930s. Western Antique Aeroplane & Automobile Museum is situated 1½ miles south of McGuire Spring.

The Hood River County Library and Georgiana Smith Park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. It was a community effort to get the library built, with a woman's club leading, and eventually securing a $17,500 Carnegie grant.

The Hood River station is a historic train station in Hood River, Oregon, currently serving the heritage Mount Hood Railroad. The station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988 as the Oregon–Washington Railroad and Navigation Company Passenger Station. Hood River station is situated 1½ miles northeast of McGuire Spring.
