Nooksack Falls is a waterfall along the North Fork of the Nooksack River in Whatcom County, Washington. The water flows through a narrow valley and drops freely 88 feet into a deep rocky river canyon. Nooksack Falls is situated 2½ miles south of Canyon Lake.

Bearpaw Mountain is a 6,091-foot mountain summit located in Whatcom County of Washington state. It is situated less than four miles south of the Canada–United States border, on land managed by Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Bearpaw Mountain is situated 2½ miles west of Canyon Lake.
Nooksack Falls Hydroelectric Power Plant

The 1500-kilowatt capacity Nooksack Falls Hydroelectric Power Plant was constructed at Nooksack Falls on the Nooksack River in 1906 by Stone & Webster, which is the second oldest operating facility in western Washington. Nooksack Falls Hydroelectric Power Plant is situated 2½ miles south of Canyon Lake.
