The Columbia River Washington Temple is the 107th operating temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The intent to build the temple was announced on April 2, 2000, by church president Gordon B. Columbia River Washington Temple is situated 1½ miles south of Chamna Natural Preserve.
