Kelley Point City Park

Kelley Point Park is a city park in north Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. Bounded by the Columbia Slough on the south, the Willamette River on the west, and the Columbia River on the north, the park forms the tip of the peninsula at the confluence of the rivers. Kelley Point City Park is situated 1½ miles west of Vancouver Range.

The station is served by four daily round trips of the Cascades, the daily Coast Starlight, and the daily Portland section of the Empire Builder. BNSF Railway Bridge 9.6 is situated 2½ miles southeast of Vancouver Range.
