Medvejie Lake is a long, narrow, snow-fed lake on Baranof Island just south of Sitka, Alaska in the Alaskan Panhandle, which drains into Silver Bay, eight miles southeast of Sitka, on west coast of Baranof Island, Alexander Archipelago.
