Hoonah Airport is a state-owned public-use airport located one nautical mile southeast of the central business district of Hoonah, Alaska. This airport is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2015–2019, which categorized it as a nonprimary commercial service airport based on 9,564 enplanements in 2012.

Icy Strait Point is a cruise destination located in Hoonah, Alaska, established in 1996 by the Alaskan Native Huna Totem Corporation. The only privately owned cruise destination in Alaska, it is located on Chichagof Island and named after the nearby Icy Strait.
