Māʻalaea Bay is a large bay in the southwestern coast of Maui, in the islands. Several small towns are located close to the bay, notably the town of Māʻalaea.

The is an aquarium and oceanography center located in Maalaea, Hawaii, on the island of . Opened on March 13, 1998, by Coral World International, the 3-acre facility is the largest living tropical reef aquarium in the Western Hemisphere.
