Mānoa Falls is a 150-foot waterfall along the Manoa Falls Trail in Honolulu, Hawaii. Swimming in the pool below the waterfall is highly discouraged because there is a threat of becoming infected with Leptospirosis, a disease causing mild to moderate flulike symptoms that can last for 1 to 2 weeks. Mānoa Falls is situated 2½ miles southwest of Maunawili Valley.
Ka‘elepulu Pond

Kaʻelepulu Pond, also known as Enchanted Lake, is an estuary in Kailua, Hawaii. The Hawaiian name Kaʻelepulu literally means "moist blackness". Historically a 200-to-400-acre Hawaiian fish pond, and later a fishery made up of 190 acres of water and 90 acres of marsh, Kaʻelepulu was partially filled in and built on beginning in 1959. Ka‘elepulu Pond is situated 2½ miles northeast of Maunawili Valley.
