Hawaiʻi Maritime Center
The Hawaiʻi Maritime Center was the principal maritime museum in the State of Hawaiʻi from 1988 until it closed in 2009. Located at Pier 7 of Honolulu Harbor east of Aloha Tower, the center was a campus of the Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum.Photo: Cumulus Clouds, CC BY-SA 3.0.

The ʻIolani Palace was the royal residence of the rulers of the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi beginning with Kamehameha III under the Kamehameha Dynasty and ending with Queen Liliʻuokalani under the Kalākaua Dynasty. Iolani Palace is situated 1 km east of Hawaiʻi Maritime Center.

Opened on September 11, 1926, at a cost of $160,000, the Aloha Tower is located at Pier 9 of Honolulu Harbor. Aloha Tower is situated 250 metres southeast of Hawaiʻi Maritime Center.

The Dillingham Transportation Building was built in 1929 for Walter F. Dillingham of Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, who founded the Hawaiian Dredging Company and ran the Oahu Railway and Land Company founded by his father, Benjamin Franklin Dillingham. Dillingham Transportation Building is situated 530 metres east of Hawaiʻi Maritime Center.
