Egan-Sud is a municipality in the La Vallée-de-la-Gatineau Regional County Municipality, Quebec, Canada, directly north of Maniwaki. It has a residential, agricultural, and commercial character, the last of which mainly concentrated along Highway 105. Egan-Sud is situated 10 km east of Rivière de l’Aigle.

Kitigan Zibi is a First Nations reserve of the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation, an Algonquin band. It is situated near the confluence of the Désert and Gatineau Rivers, and borders south-west on the Town of Maniwaki in the Outaouais region of Quebec, Canada. Kitigan Zibi is situated 10 km southeast of Rivière de l’Aigle.
