Île aux Œufs is an island on the north shore of St. Lawrence River located in Port-Cartier, Quebec, Canada. It is a 19-hectare rocky island resting on a Precambrian bedrock, located two kilometers east of the mainland shore, about five kilometers from the hamlet of Pointe-aux-Anglais and forty kilometers from Pointe-des-Monts. Île aux Oeufs is situated 4 km south of Roche d’Ours.
