Village
Ōhiwa is a rural settlement in the Ōpōtiki District and Bay of Plenty Region of New Zealand's North Island. It is on a headland on the eastern side of Ōhiwa Harbour, and on the western side of the Waiotahe River mouth. Ōhiwa is situated 4½ km east of Port Ōhope.
Kutarere
Locality
Kutarere is a community in the Ōpōtiki District and Bay of Plenty Region of New Zealand's North Island, on the coast of the Ōhiwa Harbour. Following the European settlement of the Ōpōtiki township, Kutarere became a port for incoming goods until October 1959. Kutarere is situated 8 km southeast of Port Ōhope.
