Kaiti is a suburb and historic area of Gisborne in New Zealand's Gisborne District. Situated on the eastern bank of the Tūranganui River, it contains several of the most historically significant sites in Tūranganui-a-Kiwa, including Titirangi, Puhi Kai Iti / Cook Landing Site, and much of the former Kaiti Block, one of the earliest Native Land Court title investigations undertaken in the district. Kaiti is situated 3½ km west of Waimoana.
