Borobudur

Borobudur is a Buddhist stupa and temple complex in Central Java dating from the 8th century, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is one of world's truly great ancient monuments, the single largest Buddhist structure anywhere on earth, and few who visit fail to be taken by both the scale of place, and the remarkable attention to detail that went into the construction.

Pawon is a Buddhist temple in Central Java, Indonesia. Built during the Sailendra dynasty, it is a part of the Borobudur Temple Compounds which consists of three temples located on the same axis; Borobudur, Pawon, and Mendut.

Mendut is a ninth-century Buddhist temple, located in Mendut village, Mungkid sub-district, Magelang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The temple is located about three kilometres east of Borobudur. Mendut is situated 3 km northeast of Wagean.
