The Terracotta Museum, in La Bisbal d'Empordà, is a museum of pottery and industrial ceramics that was opened in 1991. The museum is part of the Museums Network of the Costa Brava and the Territorial Network of Museums of the Counties of Girona.

Sant Miquel de Cruïlles is a Benedictine monastery in Cruïlles, Monells i Sant Sadurní de l'Heura, Catalonia, Spain. The 11th-century building, in First Romanesque style, was declared a Bien de Interés Cultural landmark in 1931.

La Bisbal d'Empordà is the county seat of the comarca of Baix Empordà in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. It is located on the Empordà plain, adjacent to the Gavarres and watered by the river Daró.

Ullastret is a small historic village on the Bay of Empordà located some 5 km northeast of La Bisbal d'Empordà, in Catalonia. In prehistoric times the village was probably on an island in the former 3 km2 lake, known as Llac d'Ullastret or Estany d'Ullastret, connected by a causway, but the lake dried up in the 19th century.

Peratallada is a town in the municipality of Forallac, in the county of Baix Empordà, in Catalonia, Spain. It is located 22 km east of Girona. Declared a historic-artistic monument, most of the buildings are built from stone carved from the fosse or moat which still encircles parts of this small fortified medieval town.
