The Golden Horn is the district of Istanbul surrounding the banks of the body of water of the same name, which is a bay of the Bosphorus along its western, European coast.

Valens Aqueduct

The Aqueduct of Valens was a Roman aqueduct system built in the late 4th century AD, to supply Constantinople – the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire. Valens Aqueduct is situated 330 metres north of Yigitalp.

The Burmalı Mosque is a 16th-century Ottoman mosque in Saraçhane park, Fatih district, Istanbul, Turkey. Built in 1550 on behalf of Emin Nuretti Efendi, qadi 'asker of Egypt, it is named for its spiraling brick minaret, a copy of a Seljuq design that is unique in Istanbul. Burmalı Mosque is situated 140 metres north of Yigitalp.
