The Folies Bergère is a cabaret music hall in Paris, France. Located at 32 Rue Richer in the 9th Arrondissement, the Folies Bergère was built as an opera house by the architect Plumeret. Folies Bergère is situated 270 metres south of Hotel Montholon.

Cadet is a station on Line 7 of the Paris Métro. It is named after rue Cadet, itself named after M. Cadet de Chambine, owner of much of the land through which the street passes. The street was called rue de la Voirie before being renamed.

The Square Montholon is a square in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, France. Construction of the 4571 m2 square began in 1862, costing 160,000 francs, at the time of building of Rue Lafayette, and opened in 1863. Square Montholon is situated 110 metres northeast of Hotel Montholon.
