Liouguei District is a rural district of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. It is the third largest district in Kaohsiung City after Tauyuan District and Namasia District. Liugui District is situated 3½ km east of Dalaoteng Xi.

Shanlin borders Jiasian District to the north, Liougui District to the east, and is adjacent to Meinong District and Cishan District to the south. Shanlin District is situated 7 km southwest of Dalaoteng Xi.
