USS Sarsfield, was a Gearing-class destroyer of the United States Navy. She then served in Taiwan's navy as ROCS Te Yang for 27 years, and now is a ship museum. TEYANG Destroyer is situated 270 metres west of I-tsai Castle.

Fort Zeelandia was a fortress built over ten years from 1624 to 1634 by the Dutch East India Company, in the town of Anping on Formosa, the former name of central island of Taiwan, during their 38-year rule over the western part of the island. Fort Zeelandia is situated 1½ km north of I-tsai Castle.
