Balaraja is a town and an administrative district within Tangerang Regency in the province of Banten, on Java, Indonesia. It covers a land area of 32.30 km2, and had a population of 111,475 at the 2010 Census and 119,409 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 124,129 - comprising 63,238 males and 60,891 females. Balaraja is situated 10 km northeast of Karangharja.
