The Fatima Masumeh Shrine is the mausoleum of Fatima bint Musa, located in Qom, Iran. Qom is considered to be the most sacred city in Shia Islam after Najaf, Karbala, Mashhad, Samarra and Kadhimiya. Holy Shrine of Fatima Masoumeh is situated 3½ km east of Khīābān-e Keshāvarz.

All train services were moved to Mohammadieh railway station on the outskirts of the city, however due to public demand and drop in passenger levels, some services were restored in this city centre station.
