The retail giants Siam Piwat and MBK made a new joint-venture for new opportunities in the suburbs of Bangkok their Paradise Park Srinagarindra transformed Seri Center at a total cost of Bt3.2 billion.

Suan Luang Rama IX station is a Bangkok MRT station on the Yellow Line. The station is located on Srinagarindra Road in Prawet district, Bangkok. The station has four entrances and is located in front of Seacon Square and Paradise Park shopping malls. Suan Luang Rama IX is situated 350 metres north of Seri Center.

Seacon Square is a large indoor shopping mall in Prawet, Bangkok. It was opened in 1994 in a ceremony presided over by Princess Sirindhorn. The shopping center has a gross leasable area of 180,000 m2, a total area of 500,000 m2 and houses more than 300 stores. Seacon Square is situated 720 metres north of Seri Center.
