Al-Asad Airbase, previously Qadisiyah Airbase is an Iraqi airbase located in Anbar governorate. It was the second-largest US military airbase in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Al-Asad Airbase is situated 4 km east of Wādī al Asadī.
