Demak Great Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Indonesia, located in the center town of Demak, Central Java, Indonesia. The mosque is believed to have been built by the Wali Songo with the most prominent figure, Sunan Kalijaga, during the first Demak Sultanate ruler, Raden Patah, during the 15th century. Demak Great Mosque is situated 4 km north of Karangsambung.

It is the capital of Demak Regency and was the location of the former Sultanate of Demak, the first Muslim state on Java and briefly the strongest power on the island of Java in the early 16th century.
