It is in the center of the city in the Pathum Wan district, and is operated by the State Railway of Thailand. Sathani Rotfai Krung Thep is situated 480 metres southeast of Rongrian Sai Panya.

The Golden Buddha, officially titled Phra Phuttha Maha Suwanna Patimakon, commonly known in Thai as Phra Sukhothai Traimit, is a gold Maravijaya Attitude seated Buddharupa statue, with a weight of 5.5 tonnes. Golden Buddha is situated 690 metres south of Rongrian Sai Panya.

Wat Phlapphla Chai is a civil temple of Mahā Nikāya sect is believed to be built in Ayutthaya period during the reign of King Narai. Initially it was called Wat Khok as it was located on khok. Wat Phlapphla Chai is situated 320 metres northwest of Rongrian Sai Panya.
