The Lorenzhorn is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps, located west of Hinterrhein in the canton of Graubünden. It lies on the range between the valleys of Vals and Hinterrhein. On its north side lies a glacier named Fanellgletscher.

The Fanellhorn is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps of Graubünden, Switzerland, south of Vals. Its summit can be reached by hikers using a signposted path that comes from Guraletschsee and reaches the ridge "Fanellgrätli" on 2710 meters, leading to the peak from northeast.

It is the southern entry point to the San Bernardino tunnel, which complemented the road over the San Bernardino Pass in 1967, opening a new all-year-round road to crossing the Alps.
