Begijnhof

The Begijnhof is one of the oldest hofjes in Amsterdam, Netherlands. A group of historic buildings, mostly private dwellings, centre on it. As the name suggests, it was originally a béguinage. Begijnhof is situated 110 metres south of Amsterdam Museum.
