The National Museum of Afghanistan is located across the small street from the Darul Aman Palace in the Darulaman area of Kabul, Afghanistan. It was once considered to be one of the world's finest museums. National Museum of Afghanistan is situated 1½ km west of Hadīrah-ye Khāk-e Gharībā.

Darul Aman Palace is a three-story palace located in Darulaman locality, about 16 km south-west of the center of Kabul, Afghanistan. Surrounding the palace are the following buildings: the National Assembly, the National Museum of Afghanistan and the Afghan International University. Darul Aman Palace is situated 1½ km west of Hadīrah-ye Khāk-e Gharībā.

Chihil Sutun

Chihil Sutun, also spelled as Chehel Sutoon, Chelsutoon, Chehelseton or Chihilsitoon, is a historic palace with gardens in Kabul, Afghanistan. The 30-hectare park is fully walled and located in the city's historical Chihilsitoon neighborhood, about 3.6.km east of the Darulaman neighborhood. Chihil Sutun is situated 1½ km east of Hadīrah-ye Khāk-e Gharībā.
