Chūzen-ji is a Buddhist temple standing on the shore of Lake Chuzenji of the city of Nikkō, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. It belongs to the Tendai school of Japanese Zen and its honzon is a statue of Jūichimen Senjū Kannon Bosatsu.
