St. William's Catholic Church is a historic Roman Catholic church on Long Point on Raquette Lake in Raquette Lake, Hamilton County, New York. The building and grounds are no longer part of the Catholic Church/Ogdensburg diocese but are maintained by a nonprofit organization. St. William’s Catholic Church is situated 1,400 feet northeast of Echo Camp.

Camp Pine Knot, also known as Huntington Memorial Camp, is a Great Camp on Raquette Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. Begun in 1877 by William West Durant, it was the first of the Adirondack "Great Camp", and epitomizes the architectural style. Camp Pine Knot is situated 2,600 feet southeast of Echo Camp.
