Aberdare railway station serves the town of Aberdare in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. It is the terminus of the Aberdare branch of the Merthyr Line, 22½ miles north-north-west of Cardiff Central. Passenger services are provided by Transport for Wales.

Bryn Seion, Trecynon was a Calvinistic Methodist chapel in Mill Street, Trecynon, Aberdare, Wales. Services at Bryn Seion were conducted in the Welsh language until it became a Baptist chapel in 1970.
